<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a fuel cell system effectively and efficiently using surplus power to prevent reverse-power-flow to a network power source and to prevent stop of the fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: This control device has a hydrogen generator 1, a fuel cell 4 generating power by reacting the generated gas obtained by the hydrogen generator 1 and an oxidant gas, a DC/AC converter 5 converting DC power generated by the fuel cell 4 to AC power, a load power detection means 6, a controller 9 controlling a series of operation from startup to generation, a surplus power detection means 10 detecting that the load power actually consumed is smaller than the power outputted by the DC/AC converter 5 and a power storage means 11. The controller 9 can prevent the reverse power flow to a network power source by storing the power by the power storage means 11 to generate power stably and continuously when the surplus power detection means 10 detects that power exceeding the load power is generated and outputted even instantly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
