<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device in which a specified scene is extracted and digest viewing and listening are realized. <P>SOLUTION: A bulletin board reading part 24 acquires a contributed sentence data where a contributed sentence with respect to a program recorded in a storage device is mentioned from an electronic bulletin board server 2. An index managing part 23 judges whether a specified phrase is mentioned in contributed sentence data based on character string data for scene change 3. When it is mentioned, estimated scene change time when the scene is estimated to be changed is calculated from time when the contributed sentence is up-loaded or time when contributed sentence data is acquired. Reproduction index data 38 including at least estimated scene change time is generated.
