<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling and thawing equipment intended for saving burn-out fuel through regulating the handling of a boiling basket. <P>SOLUTION: This noodle boiling and thawing equipment is set with a mobile shutter opening/closing by arranging a boiling basket 3 on a covering body set above the hot water surface of a boiling and thawing tank 2, and a suspension bar 5 suspending the boiling basket directly above or in the vicinity of the equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
