<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document storing method in which even information regarding a matter planned by a plurality of kinds of applications and an attached file of the matter can be managed together on a document storage server. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the document storing method of a document storage system wherein an application server (3) planning a matter which needed to be stored, an approval base server (1) which approves the matter, and the document storage server (2) which stores the matter are interconnected through a network. The matter planned by the application server (3) is sent to the approval base server (1) and approved by the approval base server (1), and then the matter is selected from a list screen for selecting a matter to be stored that the approval base server (1) generates and transmitted from the approval base server (1) to the document storage server (2) and to be stored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
