<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card with an automatic encoding system, incorporating the automatic encoding system having security authentication or different security authentication in a control chip of the memory card to form a digital management mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: In this memory card, the automatic encoding system having the security authentication or the different security authentication is incorporated in the control chip of the memory card, so that the digital management mechanism is formed. A content of the memory card and the memory card are connected by software and hardware. According to a security means, it is not necessary to mount a security chip in R/W hardware.
