PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive advantageous for improving recording and reproducing performances with respect to a disk-like recording medium. SOLUTION: Two bearing parts 2402 and an engaging part 2404 are arranged on a slide member 24 on which a pickup 22 is mounted. A main guide shaft 2406 is inserted through the two bearing parts 2402 so as slidable. A sub-guide shaft 2408 is engaged with the engaging part 2404 so as slidable. A 1st leaf spring 28 of an energizing member 32 is allowed to be in elastic contact with a peripheral surface of the sub-guide shaft 2408 so as to energize the engaging part 2404 toward the focus direction. A 2nd leaf spring 30 is allowed to be in elastic contact with the peripheral surface of the sub-guide shaft 2408 so as to energize the engaging part 2404 toward the direction orthogonal to the focus direction.
