PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animation producing device which produces an animation representing an image moving while changing its form, and can be simply and easily used. SOLUTION: In addition to an operation section (11) and a display unit (12), the animation producing device (1) is equipped with an image reader (13) for reading an image, an image extractor (14) for extracting an image from an read image, and an animation producer (17) which produces the image of a form between two images different in forms by morphing and also sets the produced image at a position between two images. The animation producing device (1) reads out and extracts an image drawn by a user as an image, and also produces the animation by the animation producer (17) by being specified the positions of respective images via the operation section (11). A user can change a sequence and a position of the image while viewing the animation displayed in the display unit (12).
