PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block transport vehicle capable of sufficiently transporting a concrete block and constructing a concrete structure even in a narrow space. SOLUTION: A cargo handling means 200 connected to the front side of a self-traveling means 100 with a pair of drive wheels 103 is provided with a pair of rear side first wheels 206 and a pair of front side second wheels 209, and the first wheels 206 can change their directions freely, so that the first wheels 206 existing between the drive wheels 103 and the second wheels 209 tend to follow turning by changing the directions by themselves when a transport vehicle is turned to the right and the left in traveling. That is to say, when the transport vehicle is turned to the right and the left, the first wheels 206 existing between the drive wheels 103 and the second wheels 209 do not cause actions to prevent an operation for turning the transport vehicle to the right and the left, resulting in the significant improvement of a turning property of the transport vehicle.
