PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the direction of inserting claws of a forklift variable when a robot, which can not keep its balance in a transport posture and is difficult to stand on its own feet, is transported with the forklift. SOLUTION: Claw receiving members 21-23, to which engaging holes 31-33 for inserting the claws 12a, 12b of the forklift are formed, and a support member 24 for preventing turning-over are mounted freely attachably/detachably to a revolving base 3 of the robot 1. A wheel or a caster is provided to the tip of the support member 24. The revolving base 3 can be revolved beforehand corresponding to the entry direction of the forklift and the situation at an installation place of the robot. The claws of the forklift can be inserted from arbitrary directions. The gravity G is revolved together with the revolving base 3. However, the support member 24 is revolved similarly. Therefore, the robot 1 is prevented from turning over. The claw receiving member and the support member may be integrated. Eyebolts may be attached to the claw receiving members so that the robot can be lifted with a crane or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
