PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more reliably stabilize the head part of an infant sitting on an infant car seat, etc., and to provide an apparatus with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A head part stabilizer 10 includes: two cushions 12a, 12b; and a rubber string 14 connecting the two cushions. The rubber string 14 is hung from the headrest 24 of a seat 23 in an automobile, and the cushions 12a, 12b are arranged at both right and left sides of the head part of the infant 30 sitting on the infant car seat 20 while stabilizing the head of the infant 30. A vibration in the automobile, etc., with the infant car seat 20 arranged therein is absorbed by the cushions 12a, 12b. When the cushions 12a, 12b are almost deviated with the vibration of the car, etc., the rubber string allows the cushions 12a, 12b to mutually pull each other, so that the deviation is prevented.
