PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winning device for a game machine, such as an electrical tulip accessory, which brings about further interest by the inclusion of a movable body allowing new additional motion on a game board, and a game machine using the same. SOLUTION: A movable arm 71 moves associated with the motion of a transmission member 21. In the movable arm 71, the rear side (a side butting with a transmission arm 21d) as one tip portion 71b is extended to the front side (player side) through a direction changing portion 71a and reaches the other tip portion 71b into a U-shape as a whole. The movable arm 71 composes part of a front side ornament portion 11. An elliptical body portion 11a of the front side ornament portion 11 and wall portions 11b and 11b downward projecting from both ends of the body portion 11a composes a space, and the direction change portion 71a (in particular, an end portion 71d on the player side) of the movable arm 71 is positioned in the space. A pair of movable arm support shafts 71c and 71c parallel with a game board 101 are projectingly provided on both outer sides of the movable arm 71. The movable arm support shafts 71c and 71c are inserted into movable arm support shaft insertion holes 11c and 11c formed at the front side ornament portion 11.
