It is possible to effectively and accurately collect time used by a user for activities which are difficult to be quantified. On a plan/result check screen displayed on a client terminal, a plan/result display field is arranged. This plan/result display field displays a schedule table having job plan item columns arranged along the time axis and a result table having job result item columns arranged along the common time axis with the schedule table. When the user specifies one of the plan item columns in the schedule table on the plan/result check screen, a display device displays a plan/result input screen for receiving input of the result information for the plan item column specified. In each of the input fields in the plan/result input screen displayed here, plan information on the specified plan item column is displayed in advance. Accordingly, the user can register the result information only by editing the plan information.
