PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for releasing the limitation of photographing in emergency and limiting only prescribed mobile electronic apparatuses by adding a function of conditionally releasing the limitation of the photographing function in a mobile electronic apparatus photographing limitation system wherein the photographing function of a video camera attached to the mobile electronic apparatus is limited within the inside of a prescribed area. SOLUTION: There are provided a means for automatically stopping at least part of the photographing function or the function of browsing photographed image data; and a release means for releasing the function stop or newly adding another limitation when the mobile electronic apparatus with the photographing function with the video camera enters the inside of the prescribed area.
