摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by automatically changing a clock frequency and an operating voltage in accordance with a throughput required for a programmable logic circuit. SOLUTION: The logic circuit device comprises: a programmable logic circuit which can realize a plurality of circuit functions and change a circuit function to be realized while operating; a voltage supply unit for supplying a voltage to the programmable logic circuit; a clock signal supply unit for supplying a clock signal to the programmable logic circuit; a change control unit for changing the circuit function to be realized in the programmable logic circuit into any one of the plurality of circuit functions; a working time measuring unit for measuring for each circuit function a working time that is a time in which processing corresponding to each of the circuit functions is performed in the programmable logic circuit; and a clock/voltage determination unit for determining a frequency of the clock signal and the voltage using the working time.
