PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board mounted with an antenna in which thickness itself of the board can be contributed to an antenna characteristic in a Z direction, the antenna characteristic in the Z direction can be improved while whole thickness can be suppressed and the occurrence of dielectric loss can be prevented and to provide a manufacturing method therefor and portable terminal equipment. SOLUTION: An antenna core material 5 is installed on one face 1a of the board 1 and an antenna pattern 9 which passes through the board 1 near a peripheral edge of the antenna core material 5 and which spirally extends is formed to wind along an outer face of the antenna core member 5 and the other face 1b of the board 1.
