PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a passage-allowable current value and to downsize a no-voltage tap changer, by eliminating friction between rolling of a traveling contact and a fixed contact, at the tap changing to eliminate friction, and without fitting the travelling contact between two fixed contacts at the steady conducting. SOLUTION: A projected part loosely fitting between fixed contacts at the time of steady conducting and an outer arc part rolling on the fixed contacts at the time of tap changing are formed alternately on a periphery of the traveling contact of the contact for no-voltage tap changer. A boundary, between the projected part and the outer arc part, is a contact point to the two sides of the fixed contact at the time of the steady conducting, and a traveling space for a bearing is formed on an inside of the traveling contact. A linear portion for connecting the inner arc part of the inside of each outer arc part and the inner arc part are formed alternately on the inside periphery of the traveling contact. The rotation of the bearing on the inner arc part in parallel with a movement of a driving axis at the time of the tap changing rotates the traveling contact. To prevent sliding of the traveling contact rolling on the fixed contact, teeth and grooves are provided to the outer arc part so that the fixed contacts engage with each other.
