PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically designing a semiconductor integrated circuit that reduces the influence of crosstalk while reducing restrictions on detailed wiring. SOLUTION: The method includes a step in which a crosstalk evaluating part reads a crosstalk reference stored in a reference storage area to extract a general wire that is likely affected by crosstalk from general wires passing through a switchbox composed of a plurality of general gratings; a step in which a boundary point restriction setting part reads wiring restriction conditions stored in a wiring restriction storage area to restrict based on the wiring restriction conditions, a position where the general wire is likely affected by crosstalk crosses the boundary of the switchbox; and a step in which a detailed wiring processing part arranges for the detailed wiring of the switchbox according to boundary point restrictions.
