PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator with double hinged door allowing easy identification of inside storage materials. SOLUTION: The refrigerator 1 comprises a boxed body 10 having an opening 15 communicated with an internal space 13 and one door 21 and the other narrow door 22 provided on both right and left sides of the opening 15 in a double hinged door fashion. The refrigerator 1 has a visible portion in such a state that the other door 22 is only closed and one door being closed is turned 90°to be open, where (1) the rate of a visible range L of a wall face 10a opposed to the opening provided in the internal space 13 is 90% or more of the total and (2) the rate of a visible region S of the internal space 13 is 70% or more of the total.
