PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a bolt and a clamp for automobiles, which can easily perform the fastening and disassembling of the bolt and clump, can outstandingly reduce the number of operation steps, and is free from abrasion even after long-time use. SOLUTION: The fastening structure comprises a bolt constituted of a body part fitted with an article to be fastened and a head part formed integrally on one end of the body part in which opposed semicircular locking grooves are formed on both the ends in the outer diameter of the body part, and a conical convex part is formed on the tip end, and a clump in the form of a compression bracket constituted of a bent part formed by bending plate members, having a fastening hole formed in the center thereof, inwardly at two places with appropriate intervals and fixing parts whose tip end is bent outwardly, in which the fixing parts fasten each other in an opposing state.
