PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent feeder by which the remaining amount of a liquid detergent at a comparatively low position in a tank can visually be checked from above. SOLUTION: This detergent feeder is equipped with the liquid detergent tank 220 which is arranged on the standing wall of a recessed washing tub which is open upward, and which stores the liquid detergent inside, a visually checking section 222c which can visually be checked from above, and a light source 220b which guides light to the visually checking section 222c depending on the remaining amount of the liquid detergent.
