PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole which hardly causes muscle fatigue on feet and leg parts and brings high-grade fitness since being suited to the foot shape of an individual person and tightly fitted even to the inner shape of a shoe reasonably. SOLUTION: This insole 1 is formed by laminating an upper layer 2 made of a shape memory resin for memorizing the foot shape of a person under a prescribed temperature, an intermediate layer 3 for absorbing the deformation of the upper layer 2 and reducing an impact on the foot of the person, and a lower layer 4 deformed so as to be suited to a bottom shape inside the shoe from a surface area 7 adjacent to the sole to a surface area 8 adjacent to the bottom part inside the shoe.
