<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic-made tray which can prevent deformation and breakage by enhancing soaking with small temperature fluctuation of the tray, and excellent in heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This tray is one for setting an insulator in the heating process of manufacturing a spark plug, and the tray is made of a ceramic sintered material which has a thermal conductivity at ambient temperature of not smaller than 30 W/(m×K). The ceramic sintered material has four-point bending strength at ambient temperature of not smaller than 600 MPa, Young's modulus of not smaller than 200 GPa, and relative density of not smaller than 97%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
