<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical gas sensor capable of restraining an interference error as low as possible. <P>SOLUTION: In this electrochemical gas sensor for taking a detected gas into an electrolyte via gas permeable diaphragm, and for outputting an electric signal in response to a concentration of the detected gas, the gas permeable diaphragm 4 constituting a working electrode 4' is constituted of a kneaded mixture comprising fine carbon black powder and fine fluororesin powder, and also constituted to form an electrode catalyst layer 13 in a side of the electrolyte 6 in the gas permeable diaphragm 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
