<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket structure, which is used to hold a cold insulator or the like in a packaging box, is manufactured inexpensively, and reduces assembly work on the spot. <P>SOLUTION: The pocket structure pertains to the packaging box, which comprises a polygonal bottom board 2, which has at least two pairs of parallel sides corresponding to each other, and peripheral walls, which consist of front/back walls 3a, 3b and left/right walls 4a, 4b and are formed consecutively on respective sides of the bottom board 2 so that the peripheral walls can be folded and raised. On the sides of a top board 6 formed consecutively on a free end of one peripheral walls or on the sides of one peripheral wall, flaps 19a, 19b or 29a, 29b are formed consecutively to be foldable toward the inside of the top board 6 or the peripheral wall. Free ends of the flaps 19a, 19b or 29a, 29b are glued and fixed together to form a cylindrical body enclosed with the flaps and the top board 6 or the peripheral wall. The formed cylindrical body is a cylindrical pocket 24 or 34, in which the cold insulator 41 and other equipment are put to be held on the interior of the top board 6 or the peripheral wall.
