摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element manufacturing device that can uniformly form solder layers on the surfaces of the electrodes of solar cell elements without producing any defective solder thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell element manufacturing device forms the solder layers on the surfaces of the electrodes of a plurality of solar cell elements having the electrodes on their surfaces by housing the elements in a wafer carrier and dipping the carrier in a molten solder bath containing a molten solder solution. The device is provided with a convecting means which forcibly convects the molten solder solution in the molten solder bath and one or more solder colliding plates which change the convected direction of the molten solder solution toward the wafer carrier dipped in the molten solder bath by causing the convected molten solder solution to collide with the plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
