DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING VEHICLE MOUNTING CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling a vehicle mounting a continuously variable transmission capable of preventing shocks by dissolving time lag of an engine torque control in manual shift.

SOLUTION: This device for controlling the vehicle is provided with a continuously variable transmission changing an output torque of a power source according to change of a change gear ratio of a continuously variable transmission connected to an output of a power source. The device comprises a torque change delay determination means (step S3) determining whether change of the output torque of the power source is in a relatively slow condition relative to the change gear ratio; and an output torque change acceleration means (step S6) temporarily increasing a change command value of the output torque of the power source more than a case where the determination is not satisfied, when the torque delay determination means determines that the change of the output torque of the power source is in a relatively slow condition relative to the change of the change gear ratio.
