PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device for suppressing increase in size of its plane size.

SOLUTION: A support member 4 having a concave part 112 is rotatably connected to a main body 2. A display unit 3 rotatably connected to the support member 4 between a separate position at which a lower end part is away from the support member 4 and an adjacent position at which the lower end part is adjacent to the support member 4. The display unit 3 has a convex part 110 housed in the concave part 112 when the convex part 110 is positioned at the adjacent position and an invertor board 30 housed in the convex part 110.
