SOLUTION: A possibly repeated person detecting device 100 which detects possibly repeatedly registered person information among a plurality of pieces of registered person information includes an acquisition part 110 which acquires registered person information and seal information, a seal impression information matching part 121 which specifies seal information having the same seal impression information among acquired pieces of seal information, an identification information matching part 122 which specifies registered person information having the same identification information among the pieces of acquired registered person information and detects registered person information with possibility of repetition among the pieces of acquired registered person information, and a storage part 131 which stores the detected registered person information with the possibility of repetition.
