PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-versatile baby carrier which can be widely used by a variety of users with different physiques, or in a variety of holding ways. SOLUTION: This baby carrier (1) consists of a carrier body (10), and a pair of shoulder straps (30a) and (30b) which are attached to the carrier body (10). These shoulder straps (30a) and (30b) are provided with length-adjustable belt base materials (31a) and (31b), and pads (36a) and (36b) which are fitted on the belt base materials (31a) and (31b) and made slidable thereon in the length direction of the belt base materials (31a) and (31b).
