PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna which indicates enhanced broadbanding and an improved standing-wave ratio, is structurally simplified but maintains small-sized. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to radio engineering and is applicable to antenna feed devices, mainly to compact antennas with enhanced broadbanding. An antenna comprises a spiral antenna 1 made by conductors arranged in a single plane and formed into a bifilar helix. Two antenna elements 2 are disposed in the same plane and coupled, opposite to each other, to the conductors at outer turns of the bifilar helix. The bifilar helix is a rectangular spiral made by line segments with right angles of the turns. Each of the antenna elements 2 forms an isosceles trapezoid and is coupled to a terminator point of a conductor at a vertex of the smaller base of the isosceles trapezoid.
