PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input method and information input system for making code data while ensuring confidentiality. SOLUTION: The information input method comprises: a step for generating a plurality of split image data in each previously established region from a plurality of respective original image data corresponding to a plurality of originals read by means of an original image reading means; a step for generating and storing specified data incapable of making correspondence between the plurality of split image data and generating and storing configuration data making correspondence between the specified data of the plurality of split image data configuring individual original image data; a step for sending the plurality of split image data to an operator and receiving the plurality of split data coded in accordance with the individual split image data and the specified data by connecting the plurality of split data with the specified data from the operator; and a step for making correspondence of the plurality of received split data in accordance with the individual original picture data based on the specified data and the configuration data received by associating with the plurality of received split data.
