PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal transferring apparatus which prevents contamination in the apparatus by a liquid crystal material in the operation of transferring a liquid crystal panel from a cassette to a pressurizing tool and transferring from the pressurizing tool to the cassette in an injection hole sealing step of a liquid crystal panel, and which can be continuously and efficiently applied to various kinds of liquid crystal panels. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel transferring apparatus is equipped with a panel pressing unit 5 having a pressing means 97 to press a liquid crystal panel 7 with an injection hole 99 sealed in the direction to separate from pressurizing plates 101, 102. As a liquid crystal panel 7 can be released from the pressurizing plates 101, 102 by the pressing means 97 in an injection hole sealing step of the liquid crystal panel 7, sticking of the liquid crystal panel 7 to the pressurizing tool 12 where the panel 7 is housed can be prevented and the liquid crystal panel 7 can be efficiently taken out from the pressurizing tool 12.
