PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed product capable of being used as an interior part for an automobile, etc., capable of producing from the material having a high expansion rate to that of a low rate, flexible, excellent in cushioning property, heat insulation and foaming property in a mold and having a recycling property. SOLUTION: This foaming resin composition consisting of (C) a branched rubbery olefinic soft resin is obtained by the kneading reaction of (A) an organic peroxide-cross-linkable olefinic copolymer rubber with (B) an organic peroxide-decomposable crystalline olefinic resin, and in its micro aggregated structure, the organic peroxide-cross-linkable olefinic copolymer rubber (A) presents as a continuous phase and also the organic peroxide-decomposable crystalline olefinic resin (B) presents as non-continuous phases in the continuous phase.
