PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni plated mesh screen sheet which can correspond to a higher definition pattern or a thinner pattern, in a screen printing sheet for producing electronic component parts. SOLUTION: In the Ni plated layer formed on stainless steel fine lines for forming a mesh screen sheet, the ratio between the thickness of the most growing part in the face direction of the mesh screen sheet and the thickness of the most growing part in the thickness direction is set to 0.94 to 1.28.
