PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main spindle device capable of attaching and detaching a supply pipe when necessary, by preventing damaging of the supply pipe inserted into through-holes arranged on the main spindle axis for supplying a misty cutting agent to a tool, by contact with the through-holes. SOLUTION: This main spindle device 1 supplies the misty cutting agent to an edge of the tool 11 via the through-holes from the rear end of a main spindle 3, by arranging the through-holes 17, 18 and 22 on the main spindle axis in the main spindle 3, by rotatably drivably journaling the main spindle 3 for installing the tool 11 on the tip, to a housing 2. The supply pipe 24 is detachably fixed to the housing 2 by extending on the main spindle axis up to a tip part from the rear end of the main spindle in the through-holes. Pipe supports 31, 32 and 33 for fitting and supporting the tip part of the supply pipe 24, are fitted to and installed in the through-holes.
