PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a rotation apparatus for rotating a discharge cylindrical part of a grain transferring and discharging cylinder apparatus for transferring grains and discharging the grains to the outside of machine as a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: Front and rear rotation gears 17f and 17c are installed on front and rear both sides of a supporting shaft 16c of a rotating apparatus 17 for rotating and moving a discharge cylinder 14 having grain discharge port 14a rotatably installing to transfer final end of a grain-transferring and discharging cylinder apparatus 6 for transferring and discharging grains in a grain storage tank to the outside of machine. Thereby, the rear rotation gear 17c is rotated and driven by a gear 18c of a potentiometer 14j and a motor gear 17b. The potentiometer 14j is installed in an upper space part of the rear rotation gear 17c pivoted on a supporting shaft 16c and when an unhulled rice discharge lever 25a is operated, the discharge cylinder 14 is rotated and moved by a prescribed angle (α) on the lower side than horizontal position.
