<p>A navigation apparatus capable of outputting geographic information independently of a display. When determining that a destination point has been established (step ST11), the navigation apparatus interprets geography around the established destination point (step ST12) to produce geographic information by which to express, by voice, the geography around the destination point. Thereafter, the navigation apparatus outputs from a speaker the voice representing the input geographic information (step ST13).</p> |
