<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosstalk canceling system with little deterioration in tone quality, and having a circuit configuration and an operation process each simplified by specifying the position of a center speaker. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a delay process function of a canceling circuit is made to be abbreviated by physically tuning arrival times of a crosstalk and a cancel signal each arriving at ears to almost the same time after specifying the position of the center speaker without passing through a filter in an original signal path which is easy to be influenced on acoustic feeling by the deterioration of signals.
