METHOD FOR RECOVERING POLYESTER RESIN SUPPORT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a support in a state reusable as the raw material of the support for a recording material from the recording material wherein a coating film is formed on the support using a natural or synthetic polymeric binder.

SOLUTION: In the recovery method of the polyester resin support for recovering the polyster resin support by treating the chip-like recording material, wherein at least one coating film is provided on the polyester resin support, with an alkaline treatment liquid using a stirrer, the stirrer has a stirring blade having at least two blades provided up and down through an attaching member and each of the blades is attached to the attaching member at an angle of 10-89°and has a surface of which the angle is 10-90°with respect to the surface of the attaching member while R which is 0.01-100 times the outer shape size of the chip-like recording material is applied to the corner part of the stirring blade.
