PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable pitch test fixture and a pitch conversion fixture allowing an easy change in measurement pitch by using a conventional multi-pin wire probe. SOLUTION: The variable pitch test fixture using a wire probe comprises a wire probe 10, a probe guide plate 20, a wire fixing plate 30, and a fixing mount 40. The wire probe 10 is fixed to the wire fixing plate 30 with glue 51 or the like. The measurement pitch of the wire probe 10 is set by the probe guide plate 20. The measurement pitch of the wire probe 10 is changed by using the pitch conversion fixture and also changed by exchanging the probe guide plate 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
