PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct cooling type refrigerator capable of deodorizing or sterilizing the inside of a storage. SOLUTION: An ion delivery unit 20 including a blower 25 and an ion generator 26 is attached to the upper surface of a refrigerating chamber 3, so that air is sucked through an intake port 20a provided at a front upper portion thereof by driving the blower 25, ions are generated by the ion generator 26 arranged on the exhausting side of the blower 25, and cold air containing the ions is delivered through a discharge port 20b provided at a rear lower portion thereof.
