摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable vibration absorbing performance without press-fitting column elasto-plastic metal. SOLUTION: When manufacturing by a vulcanization molding die 20A a laminated rubber supporting body 1A equipped with a laminated rubber body 4A in which a rubber layer 5 and an intermediate steel sheet 6 are alternatively laminate-molded between an upper coupling steel sheet 2 and a lower coupling steel sheet 3, and with a lead body 7 which is column elasto-plastic metal enclosed in the laminated rubber body 4A, an intermediate die 22A is fixed to the lower die 23 while erecting the lead body 7 in a prescribed position of the lower die 23. The lower coupling steel sheet 3 is fitted into the erected lead body 7. The rubber layer 5 and the intermediate steel sheet 6 are alternatively laminate-molded on the lower coupling steel sheet 3 with respect to the lead body 7. The upper coupling steel sheet 2 is engaged to the lead body 7 so as to be mounted on the most upper rubber layer 5. By so doing, lamination is executed up to the prescribed height. After lamination, the upper die 21 is fixed to the intermediate die 22A and the laminated rubber supporting body 1A is integrally vulcanized and molded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
