METHOD FOR PRODUCING MEMORY-RETAINING WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing "memory-retaining water" having a function that a pharmacological effect is retained even when the application concentration of a medicine or agrochemical is largely lowered in comparison with a usual application concentration. SOLUTION: The "memory retaining water" is produced by giving ultrasonic waves or electrical radiation to the spring water flowing out on a ground surface from a space between bedrocks after passing through a forest zone in a polar phase or to the water whose memory is eliminated by bringing it into contact with a stone or ceramic.
