PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body capable of preventing temperature rise inside the moving body. SOLUTION: A water absorbing material 8 existing in a water absorbing body 7 arranged on an outer surface of the moving body absorbs rainwater, water is held in the outer surface of the moving body, the heat of vaporization generated by vaporization of the water held by the water absorbing material 8 by energy irradiated to the outer surface of the moving body is used, and thereby temperature rise on the surface or the inside of the moving body can be prevented.
