PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a discharge system such that carrier liquid is prevented from inflow in a container through a discharge part released in the ON-position of a rotary valve through selective rotation of the rotary valve. SOLUTION: A hose end injector is provided with a carrier liquid inflow route and a selectively rotatable rotary valve contained in the horizontal hole of a housing having a chemical liquid inflow route and a discharge route. The rotary valve is provided with the carrier liquid inflow route and a chemical liquid inflow route released in the carrier liquid inflow route, and intercouples the carrier liquid inflow route and a discharge route in the first rotation position of the rotary valve and closes the carrier liquid route in the second rotation position of the rotary valve. The rotary valve is selectively rotated to the third rotation position of the rotary valve and makes the carrier liquid inflow route to be intercoupled to only the discharge route in the washing position of the rotary valve.
