PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure vessel capable of sufficiently taking the axial orientation of reinforcement fiber of FRP constituting a shell, even when an in-tank valve is mounted on the pressure tank having a gas barrier liner and the shell made out of FRP and covering an outer side of the liner, and inhibiting the lowering of strength with the same weight in comparison with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A hydrogen tank 11 is formed into the shape having dome parts on both ends of a cylindrical part, has the long hollow liner 12 and a fiber reinforced-resin layer 13 as the shell made out of a fiber reinforced composite material and covering the outer side of the liner 12, and further comprises the in-tank valve 14. The in-tank valve 14 is mounted on a mouthpiece part 16 as a valve mounting part of the liner 12 in a state that a valve main body 14a including at least a decompression valve is mounted inside of the liner 12.
