PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a rolling bearing device with a sensor having high durability by mounting a connector of a resolver on a cover member of an outer ring without taking a special measure for sealing. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device 1 with the sensor comprises the fixed-side outer ring 5 having an opening part 5A at its axial one end side, a rotation-side inner ring 7 rotatably inserted into the outer ring 5 through rolling elements 8, 9, and having a mounting part 22 for a rotating member such as a wheel on the other axial end side, the resolver 3 composed of a stator 15 accommodated inside of the outer ring 5, and a rotor 16 mounted on the inner ring 7 oppositely to the stator 15, and the cover member 14 for closing the opening part 5A of the outer ring 5. The cover member 14 is composed of a resin molding integrally having a cover main body 32 having a fitting mouth part 31 air-tightly fitted to the opening part 5A of the outer ring 5, and a connector part 35 having a terminal 34 formed by insert molding, and a lead wire 33 of the stator 15 is connected with the terminal 34 of the cover member 14.
