PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration proofing in which containing recesses for installing a vibration absorbing member can be simply formed. SOLUTION: Vibration absorbing member fixing plates 18 having fixing holes 18b are installed on an upper surface of a lower frame 12 and a lower surface of an upper frame 14 to simply compose containing recesses 24 and 26. The vibration absorbing members 16 are installed in the containing recesses 24 and 26 in engaged states.
