PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably erect a partition plate on a top plate with excellent appearance regardless of the thickness or vertical dimension of the partition plate. SOLUTION: The upper end parts of a pair of columns 5 erected on both left and right side parts of the upper surface of the top plate 2 are connected to a horizontal connecting rod 19 having a fitting groove 24 in a longitudinal direction on a lower surface. Also, a holding member 28 having a holding groove 26 is fitted to a recessed groove 25 in left and right directions on the upper surface of the top plate 2 facing the fitting groove 24. The upper and lower end parts of the partition plate 29 are fitted to the fitting groove 24 and the holding groove 26 and the partition plate is erected on the top plate 2.
