PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for shredding threshed waste straws designed to relatively rapidly feed the threshed waste straws and efficiently carry out a shredding treatment with good cutting accuracy. SOLUTION: Raking disks 26 are integrally freely and rotatably connected to a cutting shaft 22. The raking disks 26 of the cutting shaft 22 are composed as follows. The raking disks 26 have raking actions on the threshed waste straws on the side opposite to the side where raking disks 28 of a feeding shaft 23 are located relatively to disk cutting blades 25 of the cutting shaft 22 and disk receiving blades 27 of the feeding shaft 23.
